The Stucco Jet : simple and efficient Manufactured with care and using the best material, we are proud to offer a total one-year warranty. All spare parts are available. This machine used by bricklayers and also by DIY amateurs is ecological, economical, reliable and efficient. This semi-professional machine, manufactured in our factory in France, has been derived from our model "The Moustic" and profits from same materials and our 50 years old knowledges : Sheet casing of 0,5mm, plastic core high quality with the "Locked Trigger® process". The stainless steel blades for this model are punts, not correction of wear. This machine was simplified in order to meet the needs for the handyman who seeks a machine of good quality, doing a professional work at lower cost. This machine is sold IN KIT. The assembly takes only a few minutes.

HOW TO EASILY REALISE A FINE ROUGHCAST ?
The application of a mineral coating on walls and frontages is usually a work for experienced DIY's or professionals. Thanks to the LTPI's STUCCO JET^®, which is really easy to use, you will succeed in applying a roughcast worthy of its name, without trouble.
1. The material is particularly simple. A trough, a trowel, a STUCCO JET, white lime, sand ant if you need a colouring (oxide pigments).	2. The combs placed on the rotor are operated by the crank. They get soaked in the mortar.

3. Measure out about half by half, i.e. half sand and half lime or cement. Sieve it through a n°12 sieve. Use fine sand.	4. The mortar must have a liquid consistency. To check it pick it up with the trowel. About half a centimetre should stick on the trowel.

5. With the trowel or a small canister (the bottom of a plastic bottle or a ladle), for a small quantity in the machine.	6. Apply the first layer on the moistened wall by positioning the machine almost horizontally facing the wall.

7. If you wish to thicken the grain, project the next layers sideways i.e. by turning the machine at 45° in relation to the wall, once on the left, then to the right side.	8. Our machines don’t use a lot of energy and its maintenance comes down to a clear water rinse as they are made of stainless steel and high treathed steel.
