For what is used a spraying machine? |
 A spraying machine consists of a tubular frame on wheels on which is assembled a casing hopper stainless, been driven by an electric motor coupled to a reducer actuating a volumetric screw pump. The machine is managed by an electronic box dismountable (norm IP65).
Used with a compressor of air and thanks to a nozzle, developed by our engineering and design department, ourspraying machine allow the projection of coatings using the air (the mixture is done on the level of the nozzle).
All our machines are delivered with 5 tips of different diameter for a more precise work. The process is simple but clever: the product arrives at the center of the tube and is found atomized in the form of droplets thanks to the air pockets located inside this one (tube with internal mixture).

Which equipment is provided with each spraying machine ? |
Standard equipment provides :
- 1x10 m product hose (diam. 25 mm),
- 1x10 m air hose (diam. 10 mm) fitted with quick connects
- 1 accessories case containing :

1 monoblock projection hose nozzle,
-
5 tips of differetn diameters,
-
2 foam rubber balls for product hose cleaning,
-
1 bit to clear the nozzle and 1 brush.

These products must be pasty of fibrous coats, decorative facing (for outside or interior decoration) rendering with lime, thick plastic coat and light coat products. It’s possible to produce coating from drops and also roughcast
